Overview

PMOccuhealth is a clinic operations application used to manage appointments, patient workflows, reporting, and related administrative tasks. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information We Collect

We may collect account information such as name, email address, and role within the clinic. We may also store operational and medical workflow data entered into the app, including appointment details, doctor assignments, patient records, and uploaded files.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • provide and maintain clinic scheduling and workflow features,
  • support reporting, billing, and operational processes,
  • improve reliability, security, and product performance,
  • respond to support and administrative requests.

Google Calendar Access

If a user chooses to connect Google Calendar, the app requests access to create and update Google Calendar events related to appointments assigned to that doctor profile. We use this access only to support the calendar sync feature requested by the user.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared only with service providers or infrastructure used to operate the application, subject to applicable confidentiality and security controls.

Data Security

We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, or loss. No system can guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect information appropriately for the service provided.

Your Choices

Users may disconnect Google Calendar access at any time from their account settings. Administrators may also manage access and operational data within the app according to their clinic policies.
